1. The administrator of the Buyers 'personal data is the Voglio.pl online store. 2. Any questions regarding the processing of Buyers' personal data ("data") should be sent to the address art.voglio@gmail.com. 3. The processing of Buyers' personal data will take place on the basis of: a) art. 6 point 1 lit. b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data) (Journal of Laws UE L No. 119 p. 1) ("GDPR") in order to implement and service the Sales Agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Data Administrator ("contract"), b) art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR due to the necessity to fulfill legal obligations by the Data Administrator, including tax obligations. c) Art. 6 point 1 lit. f) GDPR in the legally justified interest of the Data Administrator, which is the handling of Buyers 'inquiries and protection against possible civil claims related to the implementation of the Buyers' inquiry. d) Art. 6 point 1 lit. f) GDPR in the legally justified interest of the Data Administrator, which is protection against possible civil claims related to the implementation of the above-mentioned contract, 4. The Administrator will process the following categories of Buyers' personal data: a) Name and surname, b) e-mail address, c ) mailing address and telephone number d) the processing of special categories of personal data referred to in art. 9 GDPR. 5. The Buyers 'personal data will be processed by the Administrator in order to: a) conclude and perform the Agreement, b) answer the Buyers' inquiry. 6. The personal data of the Buyers will be processed for the duration of the contract and after its completion for the purpose of its settlement, with the proviso that the period of personal data processing may be extended each time by a period of limitation of claims that may be related to the performance of the Contract or with a given person The Buyer or if the processing of personal data will be necessary for the purpose of deliberately pursuing claims or defending against claims of the other party, which is the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator. 7. The administrator does not use automated decision-making, including profiling. 8. Buyers have the right to access their data and the right to correct, rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing. 9. The buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. 10. Providing the data by the Buyers is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the Sales contract and for answering the Buyer's inquiry. In the event of failure to provide personal data, the answer will not be given. 11. Personal data of visitors may be transferred to entities providing services for the delivery of letters and parcels, entities providing accounting services, entities providing services in the field of organizing cultural events. 12. Apart from the indicated entities, the Buyer's data may be made available only to entities authorized to do so on the basis of generally applicable provisions of law. 13. Recipients of data are located in countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).
